HELIOVIS AG is a technology company based in Wiener Neudorf, Austria. Our core business is the development, production and international marketing of solar thermal power plants. Our power plants are based on a highly innovative, pneumatic sunlight concentrator (HELIOtube®), which generates emission-free process heat for industrial applications at competitive and stable prices. The concentrator is manufactured in our own production facility in the industrial center of Wiener Neudorf.

The company is growing rapidly due to the high demand for renewable energy solutions. As a result, we are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Operations team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Subject-related support for the COO in his operational and strategic tasks
  • Providing analyses and decision support regarding the existing HELIOtube®-production-process
  • Mid- and long-term assistance in plant and production development
  • Collaboration in investment, organisational and strategic projects
  • Approaching potential suppliers in the field of special machine construction
  • Preparation of project documents and execution of technical clarification
  • Preparation of reports and presentation documents

Ideally, you have the following profile and experience :

  • Completed academic technical education (university of applied sciences / university) with a focus on mechanical engineering, production technology or equivalent
  • First professional experience in a production company – preferably in the field of mechanical engineering or conveyor technology – indicating understanding of industrial manufacturing processes
  • Strong communicator, open minded personality
  • Quick apprehension and keen to acquire new knowledge
  • Independent, structured, proactive and accurate working style
  • Organisational talent with joy in teamwork
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office 365 (prim. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams)

The gross annual salary for this position starts at €70,000 (full-time with flexible working hours). The
actual salary depends on your level of experience and may be significantly higher.
