ARA Petroleum E&P, HELIOVIS AG, and Trevi Systems Inc announce the mechanical completion and commissioning of the first Solar Water Treatment Plant at Qarat al Milh, Oman.

World’s first solar-thermally powered, zero emission water treatment plant for produced water to go into operation in Q2 2024.

Using HELIOVIS’ sustainable technology, the Belgian brewer aims to save about 700 tons of CO2 emissions per year.  

Solar thermal technology will be used for the first time within AB InBev.

HELIOVIS AG and Eclipse Investments LLC (Eclipse), which is a subsidiary of the highly respected Zubair Corporation from Oman with a large regional presence, announced today that they have signed an Agreement for the marketing and sales of solar thermal plants in the Gulf region.

Industrial process heat and its huge climate impact have not received much public attention, since no commercially viable and scalable emission-free solution was available until now.

HELIOVIS and ARA Petroleum announced today that they have signed a commercial contract to provide the world’s first solar-thermally powered, zero emission desalination plant for the treatment of produced water.
