HELIOVIS AG is a technology company based in Wiener Neudorf, Austria. Our core business is the development, production and international marketing of solar thermal power plants. Our power plants are based on a highly innovative, pneumatic sunlight concentrator (HELIOtube®), which generates emission-free process heat for industrial applications at competitive and stable prices. The concentrator is manufactured in our own production facility in the industrial centre of Wiener Neudorf.
In this position, you will be part of the production team for the construction of our solar collectors.
Your main tasks will be:
- Processing of various (mainly PVC) plastic films (cutting, gluing, welding, sewing, etc.)
- Working according to technical drawings and work instructions
- Documentation in our production log system
- Operation and maintenance of production equipment and machines
- Maintenance and improvement of the workspace according to 5S and CIP
- On-site assembly of HELIOtube® collectors s at customer locations (travel activity up to approx. 20%)
Ideally, you have the following profile and experience:
- Completed apprenticeship/ formal industrial training and experience as a textil processor, upholsterer, sailmaker, technical confectioner or similar professions, such as tailor, suit maker, etc.
- Working according to technical drawings
- Good craftsmanship and technical skills
- Accurate, reliable, and responsible work style
- Enjoyment of diverse, mostly manual tasks
- Team spirit & flexibility
- Good understanding of German (reading skills for instructions and writing skills for documentation); knowledge of English desirable
- Driving license B, forklift license and crane license for overhead and gantry crane advantageous

industry. For this position, the annual salary, with existing driver-, forklift- and crane license, is approximately 35.000,00 €. The actual salary depends on your level of experience and may be
significantly higher. We also offer the opportunity for appropriate further training.
